I’ve used Northcote Plumbing three times. Responsive, reliable and a fair price however I recently contacted Nick about a hot water service he recommended and installed last winter which was making strange noises. Nick was going to charge me to have a look at it and suggested I go straight to the manufacturer rather than honour the statutory warranty guaranteed under state and commonwealth consumer law. Thankfully the noise miraculously resolved itself so all good for now

The last thing you need coming out of hospital is for your gas cooktop to die. At home on crutches. Nightmare ! Thanks to Michael and his team, within a week I had a sparkling new Westinghouse up and running. All done with photos and sketches with measurements sent via SMS. Nice people to work with. Clear explanations, efficient and definitely could see the pickle I was in. Anthony came exactly when scheduled and SMS kept me abreast of times etc. quote came within minutes, agreement was rapid too! Appliance ordered. Then a weekend .. so four working days only. Anthony was safety conscious, very good and showed me how to work the cooktop ( my old one was 25 years old). Workspace was cleared and clean. The picture shows how it looked. Fitted in just over an hour and everything back to normal.

Great experience. They arrived in the window stated. Friendly, professional, and patient with having my dog sniffing around them. They found and fixed the issue, explained it clearly and cleaned up after themselves. Recommended.

For many years now I had been suffering of chronic pain in the lower neck, and Rob's treatment and therapeutic advice, suggesting just the right sort of daily neck exercise, has sharply reduced the discomfort and spared me the more drastic solution of neural surgery, which would have moreover meant no more martial arts for the rest of my life.
