We had a building and pest inspection completed on a property we purchased. We were unable to attend the inspection, Warren was able to provide both a detailed written report as well as discuss any items via the phone. Great service.

Warren was able to get an urgent building and pest inspection done with very little notice, in addition the report was comprehensive whilst easy to understand. Utilising Warrens B&P report I was able use my solicitor to negotiate a further discount off the sale price for the identified defects. Warrens prices are better than market averages to boot, very happy customer and highly recommended.

Warren has inspected 2 properties for me now, the second one due to the fact that the first inspection he did for me was so extensive and thorough, I would not consider anyone else to do the depth of inspection I needed to be confident to be able to make the decision to invest in a property or withdraw from purchase without agonizing over the decision.
