Glen attended a burst pipe. He arrived quickly and did a fine job, so we booked him for other work.

He didn’t confirm a time, so on the day he was due I had to call and text to find out where he was. He later called me back to say he was unwell and would come the next week - which was totally fine.

I then called and texted 3 times the following week and got no response.

When Glen saw I had written a negative review reflecting this, he called me and left a not-so-nice voicemail to say he had been in hospital with Covid.

I was sorry to hear that he had been unwell. However, I didn’t appreciate the aggression and lack of communication.

From my perspective, I had booked a tradesperson that never showed up, which is common. I had no idea he was unwell.

As the owner of a small business, he could have just called to calmly explain the situation, rather than being rude.

Glen’s work was fine. We appreciated that he came so quickly for the burst pipe, but the follow up has not been pleasant.

I highly recommend Glen. He has come to the rescue twice - once to install a new gas heater in the pouring rain on a weekend, and second to my office at very short notice to help with installation of equipment when a quick change to the pipes was required. He is extremely Professional, skilled and knowledgeable.

Fantastic response time after hours. Quick efficient service with other helpful recommendations. Friendly and polite. Highly recommend this service Felt very comfortable about having the plumber in the house for repairs.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Steve from Aquafix. He fixed our three leaky toilets and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why it was important. Steve is such a kind, friendly guy and obviously takes great pride in his work. Our bathrooms were also left spotlessly clean afterward. I have no hesitation recommending Aquafix, they are awesome!

Within 2 hours of me calling Aquafix, the boys were at my house to fix the major plumbing blockage in my house. They were extremely professional and very friendly. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of a plumber!

Discovered a small gas leak in the roof space and called Luke. He juggled jobs and Steve arrived a couple of hours later. Problem was solved very quickly and then Steve took time to check all systems were back and working and problem was indeed rectified.
