I wanted to say a huge thank you. My experience with Michelle was positive from start to finish. I was so impressed by her efficiency, kindness and how approachable she was.

When I first moved in she was happy to answer all my questions as I was new to renting. If there were any issues in the apartment, Michelle was onto organising someone to fix it right away. I never had to wait, I couldn't believe how quick she was at everything despite how many properties she manages.

When I needed to complete a lease variation a few months later, there were some hurdles with the other tenant. Michelle remained patient and did everything she could to help my Dad and I.

She's a wonderful employee and I appreciate all the hard work she has put in. Space is very lucky to have her, I feel!

Went there to celebrate my Birthday with my kids and husband, was nice I get that it was pricey being on an Island but wasn't impressed that my burger was raw in the middle. A pink steak is fine but when its mince compacted into a burger it needs to be completely cooked. Loved the quokka's roaming around kids thought that was the best but staff were very nice and place was kept clean at all times.

Nice cafe, had lovely coffee and quokkas and skink was visiting us.

I went to a lot of the places to eat at Rotto. Hands down this is the best place. Especially if you want something healthy. Such as a salad or green juice. The bacon egg brekky burger was also fantastic.

Food and drinks were very nice, and it was a pleasant location. Although the prices were a bit steep.

I have had excellent service from Space's rental team. During our search, I worked with Natalie and Teresa, who were both very well-informed and proactive, and Natalie is now our property manager and is always helpful and very responsive if we need anything. I have found the company to be professional and easy to work with.

The 5 star special cold brew coffee was awful, one of the worse coffee I ever had in my life, totally tasteless and expensive. The wedges are quite good.

I wish to commend the professional, responsive and personal service given by Property Managers Michelle, Natalie and Teresa. I appreciate their efforts on multiple occassions to assist with sourcing a suitable rental property.

Honestly refreshing working with Charlie!

Charlie is the kind of real estate agent that makes buying a property easy - none of the slimy sales tactics or pushiness that you get from the average agent - he's up front, honest, prompt with replies, easy to talk to and takes the time to answer your questions properly. When we found things we weren't quite happy with, he went above and beyond to get the right solution for us. Honestly refreshing working with Charlie after dealing with a lot of real estate agents in the past who have used underhanded tactics to try to get a sale - none of that nonsense with Charlie - I hope he got a good commission - he deserves every penny of it!

As a corporate tenant, I have had an overwhelmingly pleasant experience with Space Realty - in particularly with the level of support received from Michelle Blower. Highly recommended!
