We had a 22 year old Hot Water service that had under-performed forever! - and finally stopped producing hot water Wednesday night. I called Robert a shade after 11am Thursday, and the element and thermostat had been replaced, and whole unit up and running by 2pm. I've used this business on several occasions over at least the last 5 years. They are very responsive and professional. They don't do cheap shoddy work, and they take pride in the results.
