Needed to pick up a package, place was easy yo find with friendly staff.

Asked for my package to be put in a certain place as I was not going to be home...they didn't bother doing it..instead left a card..rang the toll depo in gracemere they said I could pick it up from there the next day..drove all the way out to gracemere to get it and it wasn't even there...it was dropped at a different depo in rocky..not even a toll depo...some other company..had to go away for work the next day so they said my package will be out at gracemere by the time I got back...the girls in the office were really nice and had my package there for me...truck drivers need to take more notice of their con notes so people who pay for their services don't get stuffed around and have to end up picking up their packages themselves..

Highly recommend this business. We shopped around but Michaels knowledge just blew us away. The service has been awesome. We are excited to see the outcome of the system we have put in. Feeling confident with system and support for the future.

Great place nice staff and well priced

I used to use the toll depot in Rockhampton in wandel regularly only to go there after 2 months to find it had closed and had moved all the way out to Gracemere. Not convenient at all any more. Now have to travel 20-25 minutes out of rockhampton to send a parcel for work. Will look at other couriers that are in rockhampton or use aust post as an alternative.

If you miss your delivery you have to drive all the way out past gracemere to their warehouse to get it, a pain for North rocky residents.

Freight arrived on time and unharmed
