The service on arrival was great. We chatted with our host and have us advice on eating out, places to visit and offered us the opportunity to contact him for any requirements.

The rooms were clean, neat and tidy.

Our family of 4 adults stayed in 2 rooms for 1 night, booked directly through the hotel. The whole experience was positive. They changed the rooms to accommodate our requirements with no hesitation. The rooms (No 6) was small (with high ceiling) but clean and had everything needed for 2 persons to live for 1 night or months, including cooking and laundry facilities. The care taker (Alder) and the owner (Neville) were very friendly and welcoming. It is adjoining to a small family town-like place where you can find everything, a small supermarket, laundrette, salon, restaurants, etc. I will not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and will definitely use this place when we visit Armidale next time.

What a find! This place was like home away from home, had everything you need, full kitchen, laundry, A/C, comfy bed and all the little touches was very warming. Alvin meet us on arrival, great friendly host, room had A/C on when we arrived as it was a hot day, little touches you dont get at elsewhere. Highly recommend staying, plenty of eatery 5min walk, BWS and Service station. Will be back 100% when in area again 😊

As a FIFO worker I have stayed in many motels. The service and quality were outstanding for a Motel with such reasonable rates. The room was clean and comfortable with every amenity you could require and the service outstanding, I accidentally booked the wrong dates (through their Website) and called the motel and they immediately accomodated my needs and provided me with the details for a late check in. Highly recommend.

What a gem! It might be a slightly unusual location, but it's quiet, peaceful and, as a room, has EVERYTHING you could possibly ask for. Literally everything - what a bargain evening we had. Thank you very much.

Cute little place with everything you need. Ornaments give a timely feel. Kitchen is fully equipped as is laundry. Location behind Harvey Norman is interesting.

Heater was put on and tea and coffee put out for when I arrived. Room is nice clean and cosy.

Definitely recommended.

THE BEST PLACE TO STAY WHILE YOU IN ARMIDALE,

I'm so happy with the service I've received today, 10/10 if I'm ever back in town I'll stay here again.

The room is clean and spacious with every thing need (fridge, kitchenette, washer and drier) and for a good price.

The property manager was wonderful, I called last minute at 5.30pm on the 11th of June needing a room as my car had broken down just out side town and even though it was so late he happily drove back to the motel to give me a room for the night. He'll have no idea how gratefull I am.

Cozy rooms. Clean and tidy. Close to amenities - restaurants, bottle-o, dominos, laundromat, groceries, etc. at walking distance. 5 mins drive from the university.

No issues at all. Cheap clean good size fridge plenty of things to be self sufficient ice cold AC. Would stay again

I cannot recommend Westside Apartments enough, I've had multiple amazing experiences here. The rooms are clean, cosy and have everything you need including a full kitchen and laundry.

It is in a nice quiet spot behind a shopping plaza and is close to the uni. Alvin is a fantastic host and he looks after his guests like family.

Management was absolutely lovely, place was so clean and decorated so cutely, can walk to town centre, cafes and fuel stations in the same complex. Would definitely stay again (:
