Andrew picked up my elderly Mum, to take her to Brisbane Airport, since I was managing the whole thing from Victoria, I found Andrew to be a breath of fresh air. He phoned my Mum ahead of her pick up time. ,he arrived on time and with the phone calls with my mum throughout the day he was great, really put my mind at ease being so far away. So thank you Andrew for all you have done looking after Mum. If I am ever up in Queensland you will be the first person I will call to get me from A to B.

They provided a great service. We got three set of taps serviced. They were knowledgeable and explained what was involved. I was able to make the payment on the day.

They gave me a quote to fit a gas hot water heater for a relative it was a reasonable price turned up on time did the job to a high standard checked out her plumbing found a fault that would be a problem soon and offered to return and fix it , did so a couple of days later.

The first job was done for less than the quote and second was reasonable priced .

Would recommend them to anyone.

We used Waterwise - Plumbing and Gas to install new Gas Hotplates. We received a text advising us Waterwise plumbers were on their way. Thought this was useful as they were earlier than expected.

The plumber and apprentice were straight on the job. No issues with installation and appreciated their advice re Gas Bottle usage. We were also impressed with the demonstration of how the new hot plates worked re gas and flame safety. We highly recommend Waterwise 😊😊
