Thank you to all the staff of Powerful Hands Massage Therapy. Special mention to Bianca, my partner appreciate your skills and he feels less back pain after the massage therapy.

The team at Blackbird and Finch go over and above, our rental property is perfectly managed. Hassle free and nothing is to much trouble. Thank you Tracey for your assistance today 😊

We had the privilege of renting a home through Black Bird and Finch, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. They are by far the most professional, responsive, and friendly property management company we have ever dealt with.

From the very beginning, every interaction was handled with genuine care, excellent communication, and outstanding professionalism. Any questions or maintenance requests were addressed promptly, making our tenancy completely stress-free.

Whether you're looking to rent a home or you're a property owner searching for a trustworthy team to manage your investment, we highly recommend Black Bird and Finch. They truly go above and beyond for both tenants and landlords.

Thank you to the entire team for everything you have done to make our time in your property such a wonderful experience. We are incredibly grateful and wish you continued success.

Bianca is amazing. Made my stress melt away and made me feel so comfortable 😌. Highly recommend and I will be coming back

Norma is an excellent, professional massage practitioner. I usually enjoy a hot stone massage, which greatly helps muscle aches and stiffness. Today, a body scrub was a new experience. Relaxing and left the skin feeling silky smooth! Thanks Norma.

I couldn't speak more highly of this place. Working FIFO can take a real toll, and I genuinely look forward to coming home after a long swing and unwinding on the bench while Norma works her magic. Her remedial massages have left me feeling completely rejuvenated, and the recent coffee rub was an exceptional experience in its own right.

This business offers a rare blend of tranquillity and therapeutic care, all delivered with consistency and professionalism. 10/10 from me

Bianca was very caring (as I had an injury) & worked magic on my sore spots, even ones I didn’t know existed. She has good strong firm pressure which my body needed. The special “boots” were helpful in reducing the swelling in my leg. I was able to walk without stiffness afterwards & felt great after the massage. I recommend Bianca to anyone looking for a good firm massage (you let her know how much pressure) It was also nice to be welcomed by the owner of the business. Thank you both , I’ll see you again in a couple of weeks.

My first ever full body massage and it was absolutely beautiful. Norma is very professional as well as a really lovely lady. The studio is spotless and you honestly don't want the experience to end. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend going to see these ladies. After spending a week behind the steering wheel your legs and back hurt. The massage boots work fantastically and Bianca is awesome at what she does. their service is 10 out of 10.

I have been visiting Norma and the team at Power Hands Massage for two years now. I have had both a massage and a coffee scrub treatment and it was amazing! I recently visited for a remedial massage and left feeling like a new person. Highly recommend!

I’m very grateful to have found Norma. Not once but twice Norma has been able to put me back together after hurting my back and shoulder allowing me to get back to work the next day. Norma you are amazing!! I would highly recommend!!

Blackbird and Finch recently took over the management of my investment property in Toowoomba. They have been simply outstanding in the care and attention to detail they have shown. I am delighted they are managing the property and could not recommend them more highly.

I recently sold my investment property in Toowoomba through Peter Harvey, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Being based interstate, clear and consistent communication was essential, and Peter delivered this throughout the entire process.

He went above and beyond, to help get the property ready for sale, providing reliable local trade recommendations, and guiding me through the process.

Peter has a calm, friendly, and genuine approach. At no point did I feel pressured into decisions, and I always felt assured that he had my best interests in mind.

I highly recommend Peter to anyone looking for a real estate agent to sell their property.

Had the Therapist massage on Saturday the 7th of March buy Norma. Thank you Norma it was the most beautiful hour . My body was tingling from top to bottom.

I came across Norma by accident and so very glad I did! I was at Air Hair and one of Norma’s amazing homemade creams was used. I was given her number and decided to not only buy her cream but also try her remedial massage, I was extremely impressed. I suffer from Arthritis in a few areas with a couple of other issues, which she went through all of this with me very thoroughly. I have had many massages and she honestly would be one of the best I have encountered, her with the combination of her specialised creams is a definite must do! Thanks Norma.

Had my first massage with Power Hands yesterday. One of the best I have had. I purchased a full hour and am feeling like a new man today. Would highly recommend Norma and her team.

We have engaged the team at Blackbird & Finch to manage our property and we couldn't be happier with their service. We know from experience what a headache incompetent property managers are and B&F are far from this. They are excellent communicators, follow through with agreed steps efficiently and professionally and ensure that tenants are treated fairly and with respect.

I can't recommend Rebecca, Simone and the rest of B&F highly enough.

I had a very disappointing experience with this agency and would not recommend them to tenants or property owners. I have never experienced agents as unprofessional and rude as this team. I strongly suggest not getting into trouble by dealing with them. Please read the reviews and decide for yourself, as they are among the worst agents in town.

I vacated the property on 23 December, however the final inspection was delayed until mid January. While I understand it was the holiday period, the process was handled very poorly. The bond cleaner was delayed for over a week, and I had to follow up more than 15 times through calls and emails to request the inspection and report so my bond could be released.

Communication was extremely unprofessional. I contacted multiple staff members including Rebecca, Simone, and Jack Files, with no clear ownership of my case. At one point I was told Rebecca was on leave, Simone was unavailable, and Jack had left the company, with no indication of when my request would be handled. This continued until the end of February.

They also attempted to charge me for carpet replacement due to minor slime marks from my daughter, without considering the age of the property, which is over 10 years old. As per legislation, this charge was not valid.

After more than 20 emails and calls, Jesper was the only staff member who acted professionally, understood the situation, and promptly released the bond.

After reading other reviews, it appears this is a common issue with this agency. Their lack of communication, delays, and poor service standards make them unsuitable to act as real estate agents.

This has to be Australia’s number one property management company. The level of expertise, execution, professionalism, and care is unmatched. They’ve genuinely set a new standard for the industry. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

If you're searching for an amazing property management team, then look no further than this highly professional, genuinely friendly, and communicative business. I've dealt with many property managers in the past, but nothing beats the exemplary service I've received from Simone, Rebecca and their team during the years that they helped us, right through and up to recently when we sold. They are highly knowledgable, and follow all the rules which is so important for peace of mind. They are also very fastidious when recommending and selecting tenants. Thankyou!
