Simon is very thorough and professional. The building and pest inspection report identified a major structural issue (significant floor level variation) in a relatively new home that could have easily been missed. Considering this purchase was going to be made using my retirement funds, this inspection likely saved me from making a very costly mistake. It’s quite concerning that such an issue existed and raises questions about whether the seller and agent were aware, especially given they are one of the biggest agencies in Lara. Highly recommend Bloom Inspections for their honesty and attention to detail.
