Had Lachlan come out and install a new hot water system. Being in a set if units we were very restricted in what we could purchase. Lachlan not only supplied the unit but found the one that perfectly fit allowing us to more than double our old one. He was very pleasant to work with, Super neat and tidy and very informative throughout the entire process. I highly recommend his quality of work.

Recommended by a mate to use this plumber, as had bad water pressure in all my house taps, shower and front hose tap. Gave Lachlan a call, and wow! Talk about quick customer service skills and response; Lachlan was over the next day after I called him, and in 20minutes-water pressure issue fixed.

I will definitely be using his services again, but Lachlan is professional, helpful, quick and responsive. He replaced the bad valve regulator with a new regulator, and now have powerful water pressure again in all my house. One of the nicest, genuine and reliable tradie I have ever met. Definitely our plumber for life now. Lauchy has been on the journey with us during a major kitchen renovation which involved moving water supply and waste. No part of this massive job was too hard, even digging a gigantic trench in the middle of our unit or staying back to help us move our huge fridge into its tight new home, or chatting with the old lady next door because she was lonely. He even cleans up and removes his shoes.... something that most tradies don't do.

Through a reliable recommendation, I engaged Lauchlan to fix a leaking roof problem. Not only does he specialises in plumbling and gas but also did excellent work in fixing roofs. I found Lauchlan professional and transparent, and has a cheerful disposition. For example, a supplier delayed a roof material delivery which affected the completion of the job but he was able to resolve the issue sensibly and with open communication with me as his customer.
