Jarrad and Brad assisted us with our kitchen installation when we redid it a couple of years ago. They were very meticulous, friendly and took time to explain every aspect. Since then we have had Jarrad assist with our rainwater tank pump and now for a tap. He is always super responsive, you text and get a call very quickly. A great business that really delivers on the customer service expectations that a number of tradespeople have forgotten about.
