Still under development but is developing very fast. Area is very beautiful with a great view. House prices are comparatively affordable that can give you a number of choices regarding plot and building sizes. Main shopping centre is not very far and of reasonable size.

Dealing with John Pickham, the estate manager, has been an absolute pleasure. I actually don't know how he's been able to respond so quickly to all the questions and requests I've thrown his way. I've actually taken some lessons from his interactions, and started to apply it to how I deal with my customers. PS, I work in a completely different industry.

Great dentist. Very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Supported my options for treatment and both the dentist and nurse were very caring and professional. Prices were more affordable than other estimates I had for treatment. Will be back regularly.

Has been in the estate for almost 3 years.Developer very lazy in keeping the grassland towards Grevillea Court neat and tidy especially now its coming up to snake season and fire season. Grassland also caught on fire last year it was that ferocious it made national news.

I've left voice mail requesting them to organise mowing however I never got a phone call back.

I have decided to revise my review as I have seen the grassland getting the proper cut it so badly needed today.

And thank you for replying to my review and I can assure you that my original review was not solely my opinion but also other people in the court that felt the same way.

Great timing with the covid restriction lifted in regional and playground reopen and we can finally enjoy that beautiful view without the unsightly view of tall grass.

And here's hoping the mower would've scared all the snakes off.

Putting aside its beautiful location, hill and city views, more bang for your buck and bigger sized lots - I have been looking to get into the market for a very long time, for someone who is inexperienced in the field like myself i had no idea where to begin. Springridge and especially the selling agent, Michelle went above and beyond for me and ensured to assist with all my queries throughout the process making it run smoothly and one ill remember forever. If it wasn't for Michelle's support id be feeling lost. I highly recommend her service especially first home buyers!! Truly, a very happy customer 😊

Amazing panoramic views from this estate. They are still selling land these days. And we had an amazing experience with the sales people.

Michelle has been amazing from the first meeting. She has gone above and beyond answering any questions. Being first home owners, my husband and I have been quite nervous. Michelle made the process so smooth and reassured us along the way. She sent constant updates about our stage and made sure we had access to all relevant information. Nice estate to live in but i think they should seriously invest in some speed humps either side of the bridge. The amount of cars that go hooning up and down the boulevard nightly is ridiculous. And the amount of dogs barking all throughout the day and night is out of control.
