Otto from Premier C. Lawyers did a fantastic job for us. I had previously bought a house in VIC, and now in QLD. However the rules are different in QLD, since 2021 in QLD an NZ Spouse is considered a foreign resident for tax purposes, aka wayyyy more tax to be paid. (QLD Gov is shameful) Otto educated us about this and helped us navigate our options around this new information. Highly recommend him, he was friendly and wonderful to deal with and would use again.
