Purchased our new Stargazer 3 months ago from Mark and Tony. Very happy with it, beautifully finished van . Took it back in September for its first service, checks done and nothing untoward. They also fitted a wood box and MPPT controller for a remote solar cell. Did a super neat job and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks again Mark and Tony. Jane and Denis Maguire

We have had our Stargazer for six months, we love the van. We are currently on a five week trip to FNQ. We have not had any issues to date. The bed is great, the bathroom has everything we need and the lounge/kitchen is well laid out. Our L shaped lounge is comfortable even for long nights watching the TV.

The van tows well behind our LC300. Small features like the outside shower are appreciated.

Tony and Mark were great to deal with, and have always been available for our “dumb” questions any time of the day. The handover while slightly overwhelming was comprehensive (if we listened better we may not have had as many dumb questions later)

We looked at many other vans and were impressed with the

quality of finish in the Explorer RV vans and this sealed the deal for us.

Just want to give a big shout out to Tony & Mark from Explorer RV in Brendale for completing our warranty bits & pieces plus our 1st Service on our Legend Van all in one day when they were extremely busy and therefore we avoided having to stay somewhere overnight as we’d travelled from Burleigh. Matt was willing to take on my request to fix a leaking outdoor tap even though he was meant to be starting his holidays. Fixed the leaking tap and relocated the pipe to the right place for me. Was perfectly on time and great work, super quick and professional. Super happy and now my back stairs don't have a permanent puddle under them!

I knew as soon as Matt answered my call, I was onto something different. He took the time to explain to me what my problem could be, and what it might take to fix it, so there were no surprises.

Their customer communication app is great - I could send photos so the problem could be explained visually.

Apart from this…Prompt, honest and great communication. Unlike previous plumbers, they cleaned up after themselves and left my bathroom as clean as they found it. Really appreciated these guys today. Highly recommend!

Feb ‘23: Another plumbing crisis and another call-out to Matt. Again a prompt response and fast fix. This time he also needed a sparky (hot water system blew). He called one of his contacts and they worked seamlessly and efficiently together. Left everything neater that how they found it too! Amazing customer service. The tables and chairs I hired where at great quality and the delivery guys even helped set everything up for us.
