Love this kids hairdresser! They are so lovely and they have the best inviting fun environment for kids. My son (aged 3 at the time) freaked out at the average hairdresser and we were recommended Watsonia Kids Hair.

It was seriously was life changing he wanted to sit in the car chair and watch Bluey! Then they were so good with his hair cut! So professional and gentle. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for kids haircut but here for your kids haircut! Highly recommended and repeat client

We were so nervous about taking our 2 year old for his first haircut but the experience here was amazing! The seats that are cars, the express cutting (complete in 12 mins!) and reassuring vibe means a very smart looking toddler & happy parents who will be sure to return!

Good salon for kids. The place has got little cars and bikes for kids to seat and calm down. They have got monitors in front where they play Peppa pig, Bluey, Toy Story etc. for kids to watch during hair cut. The barbers are experienced with kids. You can choose this place if you have kids with special needs. It's better than a regular salon which is for elders but cut kids hair.

After being unable to get my 3 year old son’s hair cut for over 9 months due to tantrums & meltdowns, it was a relief to see the team at Hair 4 Kids. He was still emotional but they dealt with it pragmatically and with care, and did a great job. Thank you so much!

Have been going here with both my kids for years now. It’s the only hairdresser where my son would let us cut his hair when he was younger. The kids love the cars to sit in while getting their haircuts and they watch some cartoons as well. Highly recommended.

Very good experience. We went on a quiet Tuesday for a first hair cut. No dramas as my son sat in a racing car chair and watched Bluey

I awaited this haircut experience with great expectation. The environment was nice but the service wasn’t as good as my expected. The staff might be experienced but I felt uncomfortable with the treatment. For example, while the staff sprayed water onto my kid’s hair, the water just sprayed into my kid’s eyes and into my face( I think this could be avoided with an appropriate communication, such as “Be careful, I’m going to spray water onto your kid’s hair”…so we could have a preparation, mentally at least); the staff who cut my daughter’s hair roughly hold and squeezed my daughter’s face, which made my daughter felt uncomfortable ( I understand the staff wanted to finish quickly as the kid almost hardly sat still but the way they treated kids is unacceptable to me); when I tried to express my opinions on the type of haircut we would like, the staff just rejected every single point I suggested and finally my kid got a haircut which looked nothing too much different, felt like they did a haircut but looked didn’t.

At last, I want to say I’m definitely not a person who likes giving negative reviews. I also looked other reviews before I go, it looks I or my kid is not special, the examples I listed above also happened to others. I think you might have a good experience if your kids are above 3 or a type of child who can sit still. To be honest, I really like the decorations in this salon, cheerful and colorful. I hope the salon could improve their quality of customer services and don’t let those wonderful decorations become meaningless.

We have one of those kids that was really, really resistant to hair cuts. They had to be strapped into the chair. The fact the chair had said straps was an indication this is possibly a common thing.

Despite the screaming and squirming, they did a great job. The next time was no screaming, but a lot of squirming, and every time since then it's been fine. We haven't had the same hairdresser twice yet, but they've all been great with kids.

They have TV screens to distract kids who need it (Paw Patrol regularly chosen here, but I've seen movies and other shows too).

Great prices, Great service. Will keep coming until the kids outgrow it, or decide to.let me buzz cut their hair instead.
