I rang Jared Tuesday morning with a split hot water tank. Jared came over two hours later and talked me through my options. He was very informative and knowledgeable, and by Friday morning he had me up and running with a new hot water pump/system.

He did an extremely good/tidy job, and i would definitely call on Jared again for my plumbing needs.

Jared from Vanity Plumbing and Drainage installed my heat-pump hot water unit. He removed an old internal gas heater and all of the associated gas and water pipes.

Jared arrived on time ready to do the installation, and worked diligently and efficiently to remove the old unit, then install the new water heater.

Jared is very professional in his approach to his work.Given the layout of my house it was difficult to decide where to place the heater unit for best efficiency, but he took the time to discuss the options with me, until the best location was established.
