Great staff, food was good and the setting is pretty cool. Friendly chill atmosphere and enjoyed watching the pizzas cook in the outdoor oven. Only recommendation is don't change people $1.50 for tomato sauce when they've already paid $26.00 for a burger and chips. Tomato sauce should, by default, come with any meal that has chips. Other than that, would recommend and will be back (might bring our own 1L Heinz we paid $2.00 for at Coles š). Full credit to service staff and chefs! Check it out, you won't be disappointed.
An idyllic setting, with amazing hosts and hospitality. The little extra details with fresh flowers, sprigs of herbs on towels, bedding etc were really beautiful. Kim & Simon are two of the nicest proprietors we have ever had the pleasure to have spent time with. Their property is amazing to stroll through with its curated outdoor art trail and access to the national park. Non-stop opportunities for truly getting ālostā in a rejuvenating and throroughtly relaxed environment. Two nights away felt like a weekās rejuvenation for soul and body.
The breakfast is an experience in itself - totally without comparison - thanks so much Kim & Simon. We have already recommended to many family and friends and we hope to return in the winter.
Nice couple running the cafe. Just the place for a quick coffee
Wonderful mural . Lovely drive through Ferguson Valley to get there.
Stumbled across this great venue after visiting gnomesville! Food was great and perfect for a cold winters day, washed down with a couple of Wild Bull Stouts. Definitely worth a visit if your in the area.
Absolutely beautiful setting. Staff were friendly and attentive. The woodfired pizzas were delicious (especially the Fiery Crustacean). Would recommend and return.
Friz's special sauce was fantastic on a great Waygu burger!
A true hidden gem in the South West.!
Interesting wines with beautiful yard. You can enjoy wine tasting for 2 dollars per glass.
Beautiful location and place to stay. It is easy to get lost so be sure of your directions. Mobile coverage is very poor in this area.
I would advise wearing very warm clothing and maybe packing an extra blanket if you are staying overnight.
The staff have been there for years and keep the cottages spotless and well maintained.
If you are looking for somewhere to escape, this is the place to go.
Only four stars because of the lack of mobile coverage.
We had the best time and stay at Peppermint Lane Lodge. The chalet was gorgeous and we didnāt want to leave. Simon and Kim have to be the best hosts we have ever met. We canāt wait for the next time we are able to come and stay.
PLL = TLC
From the minute you step onto your private balcony you will start to unwind. Wonderful property with the most fabulous hosts who will make you feel like part of the family. Youāll never want to leave

Superb degustation (no dessert) luncheon visually, texturally and in taste.
Fully prepared for the vegan member of our group including anticipation of dessert in case she desired it.
Excellent, friendly service with the meal served in an unhurried manner. Thank you, weāll definitely return.
Nice brewery in the Ferguson Valley. Food service was extremely busy and due to time constraints we weren't able to try food just had drinks. Dog friendly lawn area with a few tables under shelter.
Does an excellent coffee and toastie! The owners were really friendly and gave us some great advice for what to do and see in the area :) also have a range of local beers for the craft beer enthusiast š»
Nice place near Wellington Dam which is also licensed. Knowledgeable guide gave us the history of the dam. Only criticism was that the toilet had no toilet paper or hand towels.
Kim and Simon were a delight to talk to leading up to staying at these beautiful lodges and so accommodating during our 2 night stay. These Lodges are pure luxury and have beautiful little touches to each indiviual lodge. We were very relaxed and comfortable staying here. Cannot wait to stay again. Kim and Simon are very lovely and caring hosts and will go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you so much to you both.
Location on edge of national park, quiet and peaceful, excellent accommodation, great hosts and a gourmet dinner with the hosts.
