We've been using Intersect for the pas 2 years for BAS.

Intersect have made a number of business suggestions for how we can better streamline our bookkeeping to save time and resources, which has been great.

They're also great at finding holes in our reconciliation, ensuring all invoice and receipts are where they should be. Outsourcing BAS has been great for us.

Had Lachlan come out and install a new hot water system. Being in a set if units we were very restricted in what we could purchase. Lachlan not only supplied the unit but found the one that perfectly fit allowing us to more than double our old one. Recommended by a mate to use this plumber, as had bad water pressure in all my house taps, shower and front hose tap. Gave Lachlan a call, and wow! Talk about quick customer service skills and response; Lachlan was over the next day after I called him, and in 20minutes-water pressure issue fixed.

I will definitely be using his services again, but Lachlan is professional, helpful, quick and responsive. He replaced the bad valve regulator with a new regulator, and now have powerful water pressure again in all my house. Nathan took care of the Xero setup and integration with my scheduling software at start up, and now does most of my reconciliation and my BAS.
