Our hot water system died while we were in Covid lockdown. Belinda was lovely on the phone and a new gas hot water system was installed the same afternoon. The installers were super nice, self sufficient and cleaned up. Super happy and will call them again next time.

I would like to strongly recommend JSW Plumbing following my experience with them over the last month or so having suffered major blocking of nearly all of the stormwater piping system at my house during and after the recent unprecedented storms.

JSW Plumbing were initially engaged by the owner of premises at the rear of my property to clear connection and flow through pipes connecting to my major stormwater line. The work, technology used and end result achieved by Nathan was excellent and I then engaged JSW to identify and fix the problems with my system. Being a very old clay pipe installation virtually all of the collection and feeder system to the main stormwater line was broken and/or blocked with tree roots and soil and needed replacement.

I am so pleased that I chose JSW Plumbing for this project, they were friendly, cooperative, and timely in getting the job done, Belinda in the office, and particularly Nathan who undertook most of the work and was absolutely excellent, with his expertise and installation. I thank them for the great service provided at what was for such a project a quite reasonable cost.

James and his team at JSW have now done a few jobs at our place and every time they have been quick to come out, professional in doing the work and most importantly cleaned up after themselves. A special mention must go to Alex and Nathan (both of them) as well as Hugo and of course James and Belinda. Thank you for the fantastic job you guys have done. JSW have been exceptional with addressing a number of recent plumbing issues associated with the installation of our pool. James and Belinda provide a friendly and reliable service. James is an excellent plumber. He has done not only our entire major renovation but all the smaller ones along the way. The quality of his work is excellent. He does it right the first time, always thinks about ways to economise on costs but never compromise on solving the problem at hand. He is one of the few that will always answer the phone to provide advice and what I can also rely is James to take care of the little things - those smaller jobs that others often say they are too busy for. The level of care and quality of service is second to none. And they are good people - does anyone else hug their plumber?? I couldn't rate or recommend JSW Plumbing highly enough!

. JSW responded with no issue, turned up when they said they would and did a quality job, cleaning up after they'd finished. James was a pleasant and convivial person to have at our home and we will not hesitate to use his services again, large or small. We had called a number of other plumbers but they didn't want the work because it was so small, or couldn't commit to when they could fit us in around their schedule.
