We first called Ron on a Saturday morning when I was working away, and my Fiancé was home on her own to fix our leaking shower. The leak was coming from shower waste seal failure from upstairs shower, the leak had drained onto roof below and started to leak through roof sheets. Ron dropped everything and came over straight away, had the problem fixed very quickly.

We were so impressed with Ron, we asked him back to install 2 new toilets, small vanity and new taps. His work is neat, thorough and timely.

Ron is a great bloke and will have him back every time we need plumbing work done at our house.

Came home to find a burst water main, late Sunday afternoon. Ron attended quickly and fixed the issue. We have had Ron do plumbing works on our house previously and have no problem recommending him for any plumbing works

Called spoke to Emily she was so professional and very good a getting back to you as soon as there was a plumber in the area. We where told by another plumber that we need to cut our drive way to clear the blockage but Scott went in with his skill and experience and got the balls out of the storm water drains and then asked if we would like him to check all the other down pipes with his Jet hose to make sure no other blockages are in there. Went above and beyond.

The guys at Bones advised on what was required for our kitchen renovations, we got them in first and they walked through everything with us, checked where the pipes were and advised on what was possible or not. They provided a rough estimate on the spot for all work and the cost came in very close to the final amount. They were always professional and were on time, if they were running late they let us know. The work they did was excellent and they left the place cleaner than when they started. We have used Bones a couple of times now and would not hesitate in recommending them for any job.
