Jan 2020 Updated to say I have had good treatment for my animals from this surgery but there are some issues with staff changing regularly. I also never received a promised estimate for “urgent” surgery for my dog in spite of following up twice. Went elsewhere for the dog’s surgery and it was completed within two days of an initial phone enquiry as I was not prepared to wait. I was very happy with the outcome and cost (at the other surgery).

After multiple alternate vet visits and a hospital admission, my fur son Marley was on a fast decline with no explanation for his rapid decline.
Not even 12 hours after being discharged Marley was yet on another decline. We were beside ourselves and so fearful that our 16 week old puppy was on the brink of death.I was recommended by my dog trainer to contact The Vet Practice for a Third opinion and that was honestly the best recommendation I have ever recieved in my life.
The Vet Practice heard the fear in ny voice and after hearing about all the symptoms immediately put Marley in to see Dr Meredith who was an absolute God send.
After a 2 day admission, Dr Meredith and her team showed so much care and love and left no stone unturned.
My pup returned home a completely different dog, started eating, pooing, playing and with their after care instructions my baby boy has put on 350 grams in a week and is now with a spring in his step.
I cannot recommend the team at The Vet Practice highly enough. From the beautiful ladies at front counter, to the nurses to the Doctors just AMAZING.
The Vet Practice is my definite go to Vet for all of my babies vet check ups from here on and forever.

Fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable & super kind vet service (Vet Greg) was great with my little Frenchie (Bruce) checked him over, gave him vaccinations and had a play. Everyone at The Vet Practice is extremely kind, professional, and helpful. Dr. Lisa is amazing. She saved our cat's life! As she put it, "your pets' health is my highest priority."
After our cat's surgery, the practice followed up with us via phone call and text message to make sure everything was going ok. They were wonderful about answering all of our questions, and are always patient and listen really carefully. It is clear that everyone at the practice really cares about the animals as well as their owners.
Their concierge is great about getting back to you for scheduling appointments.
The facilities are kept immaculately clean and are very welcoming. They are also very careful about helping to keep nervous animals away from stressful situations while at the vet.

Smokey undergo DPO surgery at another vet but we brought him to the vet practice for post op care . It was honestly the best thing we could have done for Smokey . We got to visit him everyday, we also got text messages and pictures of Smokey every morning and every night . It put our heart at ease .All the staff from vets to nurse and reception was all so caring . I could see the love they all gave Smokey was genuine and sincere . Smokey couldn’t have been in better care . We are so glad the vet practice is our vet for our boy . Thank you team for making this hard journey for Smokey that much better .
