Leah certainly had a challenge ahead of her when we wanted to sell our home. A masonette from the 70s that we needed to get a reasonable offer on, in one of the less desirable areas of the town, in one of the biggest economical downturns of the towns history!! Not a small ask! But she didn’t baulk! She was understanding and respectful of our position and took on the challenge for us!

Leah Kirk of Ray White was terrific start to finish. She is an incredibly personable, professional person and real-estate agent. She took over the difficult task of taking on a property to sell after another agent acted dismally. Our home languished for almost a year with elders Whyalla, poor communication, text messages,viewings cancelled last minute and poor service from the staff to the agent. Chalk and cheese to Ray White, from the staff at the desk to the selling agent totally professional, courteous and they all know what they are doing. Leah made no promises, listed our homes attributes, showed qualified buyers, and within 2 months had 4 offers, she did her best not only for us her client, the seller, but also for the purchaser. When selling your home what you want is a good price a competent approachable agent acting on your behalf, Leah and all her team are all of this. Highly recommended.

Generally, i have no issues with Ray White Whyalla. Recently, i did raise a complaint after being mislead and ultimately incurring an additional cost.

I was not happy with the way things were handled at the time, nor with the initial response to my complaint.

HOWEVER,

Very quickly, the team did re-access the situation and make amends.

In the heat of a complex event, its hard to decide the correct course of action. I'm glad that they were able to acknowledge that, and my amendment of this review is my acknowledgement of my rash action.

Have had Danica as my property manager for 5 years, and in that time she always been exceptionally professional. Any issues are dealt with in prompt manner.

Very professional approach and always responsive and attending to details.

Very fair to both landlords and tenants.

Apryl is always on the ball and gets things done with a minimum of fuss.
