Ken installed a new toilet, shower and vanity as part of a bathroom renovation. He was very kind, thorough, trustworthy and he did the job well. He was competitively priced as well - and after seeing what he did - he knew what the right price should be. I trusted my gut and didn't go with the competitor who offered the work sight unseen for 2/3 the price.
