Got in early in the morning and no wait time.

Tucked away n hard to find. Hidden in palmo cbd next to repco. Upside to that is that it is never too busy, no long waits or long queues and service was friendly, helpful and efficient.

I was served fairly quickly. A definite plus!

Got served super quick, but I was there at 8.30. Service was fantastic the young gentleman was very helpful. It would be nice if they refurbished as it's very old and gives off a dirty look and feeling.

Waiting time is longer than expected. But when ur turn comes up, it takes hardly 2 min. To sort out things.

Online website allows one to check in and see any infringement or unpaid fines. Glad to know I have not got any driving infringements or drinking infringement over the 15 years of driving. Been off my P plates for over 14 years now also

Phoned MVR after waiting 20 minutes, which is usual from my experience, I spoke to a customer service officer to ask about changing vehicle rego plates from one jurisdiction to another. I was told the procedure, however, when I asked what the charges would be i was advised that she did not have that in front of her. I had to actually pull it out of her to actually go to the screen where the fees and charges would be to enable me to know. It really was like pulling teeth. I said do you expect all yr customers who call to roam around yr website and find that info, when yr more familiar with it. This customer service was well below average. A public servant has a good job and conditions because we the public sometimes need their help. Don't make yr customers feel like they are troubling you, get another job.

I found the procedure more pleasant than expected. The staff were all really sincere, caring and helpful. I didn't feel like the next number

Common lengthy waiting time but can't complain since it's a first come first serve basis. Other than that staff are very helpful.

What can you say about MVR , other than take a coffee n a good book .
