“I had about 12 lessons with them they charged me for one hour lessons and often I only got 30-40 minute lessons. Doesn't explain things well and is incredibly rude and intimidating, when I asked why I was paying for a full hour and not getting it they told me "that's just the way it is if you don't like it find another instructor." “Peter thank you for the feedback. There must have been some sort of mix-up as we often drop our students at addresses other then the pick-up address. We have dropped students from Darwin High at Palmerston and Tiwi on many occasions.
Most students who are picked up from CDU end lesson at home.
