I've never felt so supported in a workplace as a woman especially in a trade. I have had such a hard time lately and this place and its leaders have been and are being so supportive of that. I've had two car accidents, death, sickness and stress and personal issues hit me since working here and the guys have been amazing. I've needed a total of 7-8 sick days in two and half months and as long as I'm communicating what's going on they are just supportive without judgement or pressure. I'm a single parent completing an apprenticeship and wouldn't recommend anywhere else for women to consider

pursuing a career! Thank you so much all of you. Just be honest as an employee, open up.
