About Dymond's Secretarial Service
My name is Katy Dymond and I own a secretarial business based in Perth. I have nearly 20 years experience as a medical and general secretary, office manager and senior manager. I am also a qualified IT lecturer. Tasks can include copy, audio or digital transcription typing, desk top publishing and PowerPoint presentations, mail merge, resumes, document services for example collating, binding, laminating. I can set up a dedicated email account and monitor, sort and address emails. Answer phones can be monitored during absences and calls responded to. This list is certainly not comprehensive and I can do most things a permanent secretary is employed to do. Work can be accepted via the post, hand delivery, email or I can pick up and drop off. Due to the set up of my office, I can accept regular or one off assignments, planned or short notice. The turnaround for services is typically overnight, however if a speedier or weekend service is required this can be arranged.
