About Griffith Counselling Centre

Griffith Counselling Centre is owned and operated by Janelle White, a Medicare Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 9 years experience, who provides counselling services for adults and children. Janelle provides mental health intervention including CBT and practical strategies that can improve your mood and manage anxiety. She is an Approved Counsellor for Victims Services who provide free trauma counselling for sexual assault, domestic violence and other forms of abuse. Janelle is also an Outreach Counsellor for VVCS who provide free counselling for veterans and their family members. The Centre offers consultation to other service providers and clinical supervision. Janelle has been a lecturer in Social Work since 2008 and offers training and workshops to organisations seeking professional development. Referrals are accepted by phone or fax.
