At Perfect Form by Ann(established 2003) we specialise in Mat Based Pilates- Workouts vary from week to week to challenge the body and the mind. To further enhance strength, tone and stability small props such as exercise balls, Magic Circles, Resistance Bands & Gym Sticks are incorporated into your workouts. Beginners are well catered for with a beginner's course which teaches you the Pilates principles and a basic floor routine. A Personal Training Service is also available for those wanting some extra special attention. Ann has been in the Fitness Industry for over 25 years and would love to help you achieve your Goals.
