When I used Statewide Conveyancing at Stirling to settle my property purchase the communication from them was terrible. I found it difficult to get in touch with them, their phone was often not answered. There were problems on the vendor side that nearly stopped settlement and I didnt find out about them until I spoke with the real estate agent (because I couldnt reach the conveyancer). I had to prompt Statewide to provide me the final payment figure, and only received this with about 45 minutes until banks closed on the day I needed to make the transaction. Overall a very stressful experience.
