Certified organic farmhouse cheeses produced on-farm from our sheep and cow milk, specializing in raw milk, handcrafted cheese. With a long family history in dairying and cheesemaking, Prom Country Cheeses celebrate the origin of our milk while respecting the ecosystem and animals in a regenerative farming model. Our large range of traditional cheeses include natural-rinded hard cheese, soft cheese, marinated and blues. A working dairy and cheesery situated in the Moyarra Valley, between Bena & Inverloch. The cellar door is set amongst surronding pastures and offers cheese tasting plates, plus platters served with local beverages.
