Today I needed to get the locks changed at my rental after my car was broken into and house keys stolen. I was feeling very overwhelmed, anxious and upset and Phoebe was amazing and helpful on the phone and after hitting walls all morning and nothing being able to happen today… Phoebe pulled through and really tried to get it done for me and succeeded. She was lovely on the phone and extremely helpful with cost and quotes etc.

Following this I was greeted with a friendly smile and incredible nature towards my dog at the door by Jesse. Marlin loved his pats hello and I felt comforable with his friendly nature. Jesse was helpful, efficient and went above and beyond. He even drove to the shops to get change as I didnt have change after having my purse stolen. Very kinds and trustworthy. Jesse explained what he was doing, cleaned up after his job was complete and I would highly recommend him to anyone I know asking for a locksmith.
