MKDC has provided design, project admin/management and consulting services on some projects have led over the last 10 years. Projects include commercial and office fit outs, aged care refurbishment and new construction. Engaged, focused and quality work from concept to commissioning.

MKDC arranged our new office design & fit out earlier this year and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Melanie and Kathy carefully listened to our brief and delivered on all of our key points. We wanted a professional and modern work environment for our team of 20 with future growth potential and also to add value to the premises we purchased for any future sale.

Our role was made more difficult for MKDC as it was time critical with our prior lease expiring and limited time allowed to complete the job and it also needed to be started over the Christmas period. MKDC and their team were highly professional in managing all of this and managed to deliver the project on time and under budget.
