“The contractor tried to charge us $1000 over the quoted price. Our dirt driveway was undriveable once he had finished work on it. We had a 10x30 site cleared and flattened. We asked the contractor to redistribute the top soil. He insisted that the top soil was of a poor quality (which it isn't) and so only did a perfunctory job. Because of his shoddy work and inability to schedule we had to consider holding our wedding somewhere else, other than on our beloved block.”

“In my opinion Woodstock continue to defraud staff docking wages paying 8hrs, when 12hrs are worked,paying below the award rate. When staff try to question they are quickly given a DCIM (Don't come in Monday) The workers are not given their payslips with their pay, and are docked money with no explanation. The company however whilst ripping off their own staff still charge the RTA full money for work done, supplying trucks and drivers, and skim the top, taking from their own drivers.”

What we got was not level and has exposed bedding sand which will wash away after the next rain. Will not respond to requests to rectify. We have had to spend more money to make secure.”
