Dan is really knowledgeable and willing to work towards whatever goals you want to set. There's a great range of equipment, and Dan is always more than happy to demonstrate!

I am 53 years old and have been going through menopause and wanted to see a professional trainer to really focus on not only my fitness, but look at my lifestyle, weight, bone density and body strenth all of which is very important at my age. I have been seeing Dan at IPPT for 2 x weekly personal training sessions and some group glasses weekly, over the past year. In that time i have been amazed at my results as has my GP. My BP has continued to come down , it was 135/92 a year ago it is now 118/69. Also my blood sugar has reduced to 4 from 6. I had a Bone Density Scan recently and for my age my density is 18% above average. Dan explained to me at the beginning about my goals but also what is important for me at this age, which i did not realise was bone density, and by doing all the weight training and strengthening with IPPT, this has improved my bone density dramatically. I also feel stronger, more healthier and fitter than i have even been.

Dan has talked to me about my lifestyle changes such as diet, and foods to avoid for weight control.

My workouts are NEVER the same, very varied and Dan really pushes me to work hard and i can certainly feel the benefits.I feel amazing after my training sessions and look forward to the next one.

Dan is very experienced and extremely focussed and professional.

The group classes are really fun but you work hard too and it doesnt have that feel of a big gym where you seem to just repeat the same things. Its very goal focussed. I highly recommend Dan and IPPT.
