Kim went above and beyond the call of duty to source out of season flowers for me. Then when I made an error in delivery area, she was more than happy to still deliver. COVID hasn’t been easy for many, but she ensured we would get the flowers to our friend, to get her through this mini lockdown. Thank you again Kim, you made many people’s day :)
