“I've been a regular customer at hollywood shoetique for years and bought quite a lot of shoes from there,overall I'm very happy with my shoes but not happy with the services that I've received recently.

“Upon entering the store, I was not greeted or even asked if I needed help, not even after I was sitting down attempting to put on a shoe that was obviously too small for me. When I proceeded to wave my arms, I know they saw me, the girl looked away and went to the back, then came back and called someone on the phone. Hardly to say I was not impressed and left the store. Utter disgrace.”

“Service appauling and rude when I tried to return one of the three pairs of shoes I bought due to a faulty zipper that got stuck and wouldn't unzip!
I recently bought three pairs of shoes from this store. Initially staff were friendly but their knowledge of shoe fitting was very limited. One of the pair of shoes I bought was a pair of boots-the zips seemed a bit stiff and I mentioned to the sales assisitant and he said it wouldn't be a probelm as they had not had any returns.The first time I wore the boots the zip got stick and it took me 15 minutes to get it to work and the second time the zip got stuck and I had to slip my foot out as the zip wouldn't budge. I returned to the shop and after inspecting the shoes they said I could replace them and I said I would have a look at what they had. I checked the same shoe and tested the zips and they seemed stiff like my original pair and they had no other flat black boots that I liked. I asked for a return on my money and they refused and said I could have a credit.They said it was store policy that no refunds would be given. I could see no sign stating this policy and I explained that I would like a refund as the stock was faulty-after much discussion the manager who also claim”

“Loved the store. HEAPS of shoes and bags. They have unique designs and can do shoes and bags for every occasion. Also they stock Django & Juliette, Gamins, I l Love Billy & Stella Jewel, (which r really hard to find).”
