“I would not recommend Le Pine funeral services in Kew. I was not happy with the service or the cost.
Some of the products they offer including guest sign in book and flowers are not only expensive but very old fashioned. They also tried to charge me GST on items that were GST inclusive.”
“On the 8th January 2013, Michael Currie Funerals arranged a beautiful service for my Dad at Chinderah Crematorium.
The service was beautiful and I can not express enough how happy my family and I were with his professionalism and kindness.
On behalf of myself and my family, I thank you Michael from the bottom of our hearts!”
“We would like to thank to Fulham Funerals for taking care of the funeral needs for my aunt. Your overall service is impeccable”
“Fulham Funerals took care of our needs during my sister's funeral. Thank you for the excellent service.”
“Not happy with the service.”
“Simplicty Funerals provided a dignified service and whilst not overjoyed it was a fitting end.”
“I would like to say that their attention to detail throughout the service was second to none. The relatives and friends were given tea and coffee and biscuits out in the lovely gardens under a gazebo with all amenities provided. I could only highly recommend Newhaven Funerals for their compassionate approach in this time of great sadness.”
“We had my father's funeral last week at Canon and Cripps at Kelvin Grove. When I read the review posted on this site I was naturally quite worried about how things would go. The problems highlighted in this review appear to have been addressed. The chapel was very cool- it was an extremely hot humid day but the air conditioning coped very well. All the bulbs and crooked lamp shades had been fixed up; the sound and DVD sytems worked perfectly and the attendants were very helpful with bringing the food which I had prepared out just as I had requested for our guests to share at the end of the beautiful ceremony. Many people have commented on how special the service was. Thank you”
“I attended a funeral at this business recently and was disappointed.
I found the presentation of the room in which the funeral was held was poor -
there were lights with bulbs not working, light shades hanging at angles to
one another, clocks had stopped and not been reset. The room which
admittedly had many people in it (approx 1/3 of attendees were standing)
was very warm and uncomfortable. Clearly more people had turned up than
expected, but there was no attempt made by staff to secure additional
chairs for those standing. The media presentation of our loved one was
amateurish and the music that should have accompanied it wasn't started
until the conclusion of the slides, leaving people standing, wondering what
they should be doing. 2 of the attendees had their car parked-in in the
carpark for 50 mins and as a result were very late to the wake. It turned out that
it was the manager of this fine establishment who had parked them in
because apparently they had parked their car in "his" spot (which I might
add was not sign-posted as a "do not park" or "reserved" area).
All this being said, it was a beautiful funeral.”
