Brendan rang me at 8.20am to tell me that he would not be coming to his 9.00am apointment but would come at 9.00am next day.

Brendan arrived at 10.35am next day for his 9.00am apointment.

Brendan stated he would return to do additional work at 8.00am on Saturday.

On Friday at 5.01pm on Friday Brendan changed his next day (Saturday) appointment time to 9.00am.

On Saturday Brendan TEXTED at 9.23am to say that he was still10 minutes away. He was immediately contacted to tell him not to come as this was now too late for us.

Brendan arrived for his 9.00am appointment time at 9.37am. We had left the premises given that we had already told him that we COULD WAIT NO LONGER.

Brendan has charged US for HIS non-attendance at this 9.00am meeting.

HE WILL NOT BE PAID GIVEN HE DID NOT TURN UP!!!!

On three occasions he either did not turn up or was up to 1hr 35mins late.

DO NOT USE THIS MAN AS HE HAS NO APPRECIATION OF KEEPING APPOINTMENTS - OR THAT YOUR TIME IS AS VALUABLE AS HIS OWN - AND HE EXPECTS TO BE PAID FOR HIS NON-ATTENDANCE!!!!!

Had a mix up in my booking with covid lock downs being put in place. The Company replied as soon as they realised and had someone to my place the very next morning. Very professional and efficient work. Will be using again for all my garden repair needs.
