“after buying a $150 pair of sandshoes 2 days later stitching came undone. i returned with docket only to be told by manager no refund and fault had to be notice before wearing and basically was told it up to him if i got refund that there was no policy in place. i was belittled and the manager came up with lots of excuses . finally after half hour of this i was given refund and basically kicked out of store. ”
