“The splashback factory are the most unprofessional people I have dealt with. First they advised me that my new splashback will take 10 workings, it actually took 4 weeks and several phone calls as they kept forgeting to paint the glass. Then they stuck the glass on but did nothing with the edges so I have a huge gap around the glass. It looks terrible and they refuse to come back and fix it. I've just completed renovating and they are the only business I had trouble with.”
