“I recently made the terrible mistake of having my hair coloured at Headhunters. I needed to have my highlights redone and as my regular hairdresser was away I decided to visit Headhunters as it was close to my home. When I met with xx I explained that I needed my highlights redone but only wanted to bleach the roots and then apply a tint as my hair was in quite a dry condition. xx told me that rather than do highlights she would apply a root tint to my hair instead of bleach and this would 'lift' my roots to match my highlights.
When I left the salon at about 9pm I was satisfied with the colour as it appeared to match the rest of my highlights although my scalp was stinging from the tint she had used.

The next day, as soon I went into direct sunlight I realised that the top 2 inches of my hair had a bright orange sheen. I called xx straight away to tell her that I was not happy with the colour. She told me that I could come back in and she would fix it for me. I decided to take a rain check on it as she had firstly dyed my hair orange and secondly as a large amount of skin was flaking from my scalp.
