When we requested a refund of our money ( $2074 paid at order) we were told no issue will be processed within the week but we are still waiting for the refund to happen some 3 weeks later. We are now lodging a formal complaint with Dept of Fair Trading as we had earlier advised them. Go elsewhere, these people have questionable trading practices”
