“A suite from LSW showroom was delivered 4 mths late in the wrong colour, missing a leg & the metal was rusty. In June the order was cancelled & a refund requested. Despite intervention by Dept of Fair Trade & 2 visits to court where LSW were ordered to refund payment & compensation for damage they have ignored court orders & I still do not have a refund. Management staff was rude and totally disrespect & disregard customers & court orders.”
