“Purchased a "New" Bosch Dryer from Auburn 2nds World. They sold me a refurbished product at "new" price
When I opened it at home - I saw cracked front glass door.
Called Customer Service of 2nds World several times - they lie that they booked a service with Bosch and will send me a replacement door...
When I called personally to Bosch - Bosch didn't find my job number!
Don't buy from this place - hopefully they will stop cheating or improve the service!”

“Complete waste of time. Overcharged for repalcement of thermostat. No attempt to adjust temperature. Told us that the selector switch needed replacement, when it was fine. Pulled a power lead and could not find the fault. Completely unhappy experience and unresponsive to our complaints. Avoid this service provider. ”

“Have been using this service for 20 years & always get the same repair man. Not only do they come out pretty much the next day but also mostly fix it on the spot. A couple of time they haven't even charged me anything as it was a very minor problem that took them 5mins to fix but when they do charge their prices are so low I can hardly believe it as nowadays everything is so expensive.”

He was up front about the costs of installing my range hood (550 plus materials), arrived when he said he would, recommended an excellent upgrade to the vent I had been supplied with, and charged what I expected. He was quick, neat and tidy and did a better clean up that a number of tradies I have had come through my place. Plus he's a nice bloke.”

“arrived to inspect my dishwahser which was not working. After 5 minutes work i paid them the call out fee. I was told the fee was $159. but could pay $100 cash. No receipt ws given. I notice all there local numbers have been changed and the operate under City to Surf Refridgeration, when I rang them, they told me a call out fee was only $95. It seems I was ripped. Not happy and wont use them again.”
