Recently I visited this establishment with one objective in mind to buy a lawnmower.
I Walked aimlessly around the store for at least 10 minutes by myself until I had to go find and almost grab someone.
I got this man who was supposedly the manager, Ha what a laugh, At every possible occasion he tried to palm me off to a friendly guy in spare parts. That was step one,
Yes they have a great range of products!
Yes they must have some sort of contract with commercial guys to stay in business,
Yes the staff seem reasonably knowledgeable.
But why would you bother going there to feel like you’re being palmed off?
Secondly when I did finally get palmed off to the friendly guy in spare parts We purchased a lawnmower.
Then when I was about to purchase it the "manager Tried to come back and steal his sale.
Like I said what a joke.
