“My wife purchased a packet of lollies among some other items today (29/6/2017) the price was labeled at $4.99 the docket read $29.99 she didn't realize until we got home, this business would be advised to check their price scanners periodically to make sure this doesn't happen to often. We live 110 kilometers away and only shop in Ballarat now and then, we won't be going back to this business again ”

“I will never shop at this newsagency ever again. After a 12 month magazine subscription was purchased through them for my fiance the female owner proceeded to question us every time we came in the collect the magazines. She wanted to know who had ordered the magazines because they don't order magazines for people! It all culminated the last time I went in to collect the latest magazine with her abusing me because her staff sold us something they shouldn't have. When my fiance rang her to sort out the problem she hung up on him. Worst customer service I have had / witnessed/ heard of in my life!”
