“I would avoid this business. These guys insisted on direct deposit for a printer that they claimed was in stock. When it became clear that it wasn't I asked for a refund and now 2 months later still no refund. They do not reply to email and rarely answer a call. When I do get them they claim the refund will be done as soon as possible but I don't think it ever will. I will be contacting Fair Trade Australia and engaging a debt collection agency to try and get my money back.”

“Worst service ever. They designed and hosted my website. After i had to pay way too much for my website, they then made me pay an extra $300 to do this course to learn how to use it! They do everything in the most complicated way. On top of that, my site started to get hacked a lot because their server constantly gets attacked. I also accidentally deleted a folder and they made me pay $500 to recover it!!!! Scam!! do not use”
