“The worst experience I've had with a services company. Ace Pest Control is actually one of their numerous website fronts, they are actually Frank's Maintenance. We gave them a detailed description of our house and situation, they quoted $300 over the phone, then upped it to $350 after fully inspecting the house, but then did the work and billed us $880! Their business practices are dishonest. My advice is not to trust them at all and steer very clear!”

This man (I believe to be the owner) went berserk after I asked him to apologise for being rude and attempted to physically assault me as well as hurt my family by throwing objects in the direction of where my 6 month old son was, narrowly missing my son. I am very concerned about this man dealing with the general public.”
